North Tarrant Extension Awaits TIFIA

Cintra and Meridiam say they are ready to tackle the next stage of the North Tarrant Express, delivering a proposal to the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) in May to add 10 miles of managed lanes to Interstate 35W through a 52-year DBFOM concession. The team is also proposing to reconstruct the interchange at I-35W and I-820.
